The project extends the “right budget” temporary housing deal of La Cordata Accommodation; namely providing beds and accommodations at affordable prices, combined with integrated services for the development of housing autonomy.

The solution is mainly aimed at temporary workers, teachers, students, families and locals that, due to a temporary vulnerable situation, turn to our establishment.

Guests arriving by car will find ample free parking areas in front of the property, with indoor parking spaces also available for a fee. The indoor parking area is completely free of charge for bicycles and scooters.

Brodolini 24 is located in Cinisello Balsamo, in Via Giacomo Brodolini 24. The Milan expressway is easily accessible from our facility. Also nearby is a bus stop. The bus takes to Sesto FS railway station, providing access to Milan and all its services and strategic points. Guests can also use both the subway and suburban trains to the city.
